Can someone please help me? i'm starting to feel a little postal...my icon pack "Vious" is in its 5th day of moderation...

I have an Icon Pack in moderation....yet it has comments on it from non-moderators and they were also able to rate it, but not download it. How is this visible to them? I dont mind that they can access it, i'm just curious how?
